2. How We Process Your Videos
100% Local Processing: All video compression and processing happens entirely on your device. Your videos never leave your device and are never uploaded to our servers or any third-party servers.
- Video files remain in your device's local storage
- Compressed videos are saved directly to your device
- Thumbnails are generated and stored locally on your device
- No internet connection is required for video compression
3. Third-Party Services
3.1 RevenueCat (Subscription Management)
We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect:
- Anonymous user ID (generated randomly)
- Purchase history and subscription status
- Device identifier (for purchase validation)

5. Your Rights and Control
You have complete control over your data:
- Delete Videos: You can delete any compressed video and its thumbnail at any time from within the app
- Clear Cache: Clear all cached data and thumbnails through the app settings
- Uninstall: Uninstalling the app removes all app data from your device
- Opt-Out of Analytics: You can disable analytics through your iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements
6. Children's Privacy
VideoCompress does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. The app does not require personal information to function and can be used safely by users of all ages. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
7. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Since we don't collect personal data or access your videos, there is nothing to share.
